We advise the user regularly to check the diesel generator’s conditions to ensure it is always kept in good status and ready for use anytime. This is very important.

Start the generator set once every week and run 10 to 20 minutes at full load. This is in order to clean the carbon deposition in the engine and check other electrical components, such as wiring, controller, battery, coolant, oil, etc.

Also, don’t forget to check the coolant/fuel/oil before every time use. If a single part of the generator set lets you down, you might not have any backup power when in an emergency.
